Each retailer has their own shipping and returns policy. Retailers have set their own shipping rates for each location on the Bezzu platform.
Once an order comes through a retailer will process accordingly and ship to the buyer. We have requested that orders are processed and shipped within two working days. Please be advised that these times may vary during holiday periods. We have asked where possible, that a retailer gives a tracking number, if the parcel is sent by registered post.
Any shipping inquiries should be addressed to the retailer in question via the chat function on the app. However, if you cannot contact the retailer, please send the details of your order and query to the customer service email in your region here and we will contact the retailer on your behalf.
